We are an international team of experienced experts, still growing more experience. Together we offer a unique combination of methods, skills and knowledge.
Our solutions are rooted in different schools of communication, in Accelerated Learning (also known as Superlearning), in coaching according to the standards of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and in the standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the world’s leading organization in the field of standardization of project management.
We are engaged in professional associations and actively contribute to the development of these institutions as well as the development of new approaches in project management. Our CEO Dr Ralf Friedrich, for example, was the program manager of the first version of the OPM3® standard of PMI®and researches on the topic of virtual collaboration.
