Client: Dow Deutschland OHG

• Task: 12 experienced project leaders aged between 35-58 years and working in industrial construction were required to achieve the PMP certificate.
• Realisation: The classical PMP-program was taught between September and December 2001 in an in-house seminar and structured according to PMBOK fields of knowledge. The program entailed 8 days of workshop with peer-group meetings between workshop days.
• Result: All participants who had registered to take the examination passed as a result of optimum preparation.

Client: Messe Frankfurt GmbH

• Task: Process assistance to introduce a new project management method to the field of Internet development and operation.
• Realisation: GeProS assisted with the introduction of the project management method between January and June 2001. Leadership and project team coaching were carried out as an integral part of the process assistance package.
• Result: The project management method was successfully introduced and both participants and project leaders were positively pleased with the result.

Client: Soft Cell

• Task: Complete project management implementation, including PMP-Prep programs.
• Realisation: The implementation of a complete project management package involved the following points: definition of a thorough project management method, creation of a project office, process assistance and the coaching and training of 20 PMP according to a specific company case study.
• Result: The PMI standard project management methods were successfully introduced into the organisation within 11 months in 2001. All participants in the examination achieved PMP certification.
